We are organizing technical program on "Plant equipment calibration & validation" with Knowledge Partner: M/s Autocal Solution Ltd (NABL approved Lab) The modern chemical/pharmaceutical plants are seldom operated manually but depend on instruments like Pressure/vacuum gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters & other critical measuring instruments. The importance of measuring instruments is not only from process control point of view but also from safety aspects. One day program will cover the following topics by experienced NABL faculty. 1.Importance of selection of measuring instruments. 2.Calibration of Instruments as per procedure laid down in ISO 17025. 3.Latest calibration devices having high degree of accuracy, the system followed in line with international standards NABL , ISO, ILAC. 4.Importance of measurement uncertainty. 5.Proficiency testing. 6.Methods of validating & verifying the plant accuracy.
