1.       To Read and confirm the minutes of the last AGM held on 10.6.2017 2.       To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Managing committee and the Audited Accounts & Balance sheet for the period. 1 st  April 2017 to 31 st  March 2018. (Balance sheet is attached to your email message) 3. To decide the merger of RECORD Div. since there is no activitiy. 4.       To appoint Auditors for THE F.Y. YEAR 2018 – 2019. 5. To Elect New Chairman, as the previous chairman has Resigned. 6.       To Welcome New Life / Fellow members & felicitate winners of this years Life Time Awards. 7. Elect Executive committee members willing to work for institution during the coming year 8.     To Decide the Time Table for new Training programs for the year 2018 - 19. 9.       To consider any other matter with the permission of the chair.
